Large waterfront home on Lake Winnisquam with plenty of room for the whole group. The main level has a spacious living room with wood fireplace, kitchen, dining area and family room with another wood fireplace and pool table. There is one bedroom with a full bed on this level. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms. One is a master suite with a king bed and 3/4 bath, another has a full bed, the third has a queen bed, and the fourth has a set of 4 twin beds with a ¾ bathroom, and an attached family room/playroom with additional sleeping. Relax in the screened porch, on the deck, or in the hot tub at the waterfront with great lake views. Enjoy the U-shaped boat dock and steps into the water for easy lake access. Owner will keep a boat on one side of the dock. Very convenient to many Lakes Region activities. **These photos are representative only, the photos will change as the house is refurnished for rentals.**
