Brightly decorated single home just 2 blocks from quiet life-guarded beach on north end of island. Beach tags included. Central Air. Fully furnished to sleep 10-12 people - perhaps 2 families. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms: 1 with queen bed, TV/DVD, private deck; 1 with 2 full-size beds, 2 air beds, TV/DVD; 1 full hall bath. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms: 1 with queen bed, TV/DVD, 1 with day bed, trundle bed, Foosball table; 1 full hall bath; Living room has marble fireplace, sofa, love seat, HDTV, XM, DVD/VCR, stereo, books, games, CDs, movies, DSL/WiFi Internet; Recently-remodeled fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances, large eating area; Laundry room has washer/dryer/supplies. Outside is a front porch, large fenced-in yard, 16'x32' paved patio, 2 decks, BBQ grill, 2 patio tables w/chairs, shed, outdoor shower, 4-car driveway. Pets (up to 2) are permitted (extra fee).
