This very comfortable 1450 square foot modest home is located on a large corner lot in the lower Cathedral City Cove. There is a private backyard, with breath taking mountain views, featuring rose bushes, desert vegetation, a river rockway and a refreshing saltwater swimming pool/spa .The house has a fully equipped kitchen and offers ample linens and towels. The living room is complete with a gas and wood fireplace. The dining area has sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. A large screen television with VCR and DVD player is located in the den. The master bedroom and third bedroom also have a television with VCR and DVD player. Broadband and WiFi internet access is availble. The home is conveniently located south of Highway 111 between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. Access to golfing, shopping, theatres including an IMAX, and restaurants are just a short drive away.
