The living room & bedroom overlook the Gulf; the kitchen overlooks the Intercoastal waterway. This spectacular unit has been refurbished and updated in 2008, the kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit features 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, there is also a queen sized sofa bed in the main living area. ALL furniture,bedding, towels & linens are brand new!!! Washer and dryer unit in the condo itself.
