Third Floor is 1000 square feet - two bedrooms sleeping eight and a sitting room with couch and TV. 800 square feet of porches invite the outdoors in to this large, luxurious home 12 months out of the year. The house is situated with water only 100 feet away; Hudson Creek is only yards from the back door. The exterior is traditional, but the interior has a striking, open floor-plan. The ceilings are tall - 9 feet on the first floor and 8.5 feet on the second. The kitchen, dining room, family room and sun-room are all a single open space of over 1000 square feet - yet it's a very warm house. The hardwood floors are simply beautiful, and show a brilliant bright hue. The wide, traditional colonial trim provides detail and interest throughout.
