Located in the heart of Rancho Mirage, just 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, our corner lot home was built in 2003 and is 2300 square feet. This home is tiled throughout with contemporary porcelain tile. It is recently decorated and furnished with designer furniture from Bernhardt, Century, and Lexington. Our home has 2 bedrooms, and a den/office which is equipped with high speed wireless DSL, and printer/fax. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertop is attached to the Media/Family room that overlooks the pool/backyard area with ceiling to floor windows. The Media/Family room is equipped with large Widescreen HDTV with Bose 6.1 Surround Sound.
