4 bedrooms, 2 sleeping areas,3 luxury bathrooms, jetted tub, 24 Patio .

This home will be on the market starting June 2011. Located on magical Lake Combie, situated on a forested acre with lovely gardens, incredible sunset views (only on the East side of the Lake) and surrounded by the sounds of nature-deer grazing, squirrels charttering, ducks, songbirds, and the sounds of people enjoying the water activities. You can take an early morning kakak trip around the lake, explore the Wolley Creek or Bear River Coves. Fish from the dam. BBQ on the deck while watching the birds catch thermals overhead. Take a refreshing swim off the boat dock after working on your tan. The Master retreat has a jetted tub with sunset views and a fireplace. The formal dining room has a fireplace, and there is plenty of room to eat on the Lanai. If you cook, wander thru the herb garden and pick some mint, oregano or sage. The kitchen is a chef's delight with a 10 foot Island with vegetable sink. There are 2 brand new ovens, and a new SS fridge with icemaker, compactor,& dishwasher.
